Staff Therapist Job Description
The primary responsibility of WCS Staff Therapist is to implement progressive exercise based rehabilitation programs that lead to maximal adaptation and performance enhancement. This entails gaining an appropriate working knowledge of both orthopedics and contemporary exercise science. These programs are effectively developed by a trained WCS Staff Physical Therapist.
The WCS staff are overseen by a clinical manager, whose main purpose is to assist the staff in their professional development. The clinical manager works side-by-side with their staff in each clinic, which encourages frequent discussions of treatment and case management strategies.
